At Black Mountain Guitar Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping carton with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

  Ship to the Mountain

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
